UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS
Summer Vacation Borrowing
During the summer vacation, 5 books may be borrowed by undergraduate
students between 27 May 2013 and 15 September 2013. They will be due
back in the Library by 30 September 2013.

ATTENTION
In order to help students prepare for final exams, between 13 May - 24 May
2013, Bilkent University Main Campus Library will remain
open from 8.30 a.m. until 3.00 a.m. These extended opening hours will
only apply to the reading rooms in A Block. There will be no circulation
service after 23.30

ATTENTION
Bilkent University Main Campus Library will be open to Bilkent
University community only during the final exam period.
Therefore, the library will not serve outside users (except Protocol
users) between 06 - 24 May 2013.

lounge on the upper floor of B Block of Main Campus Library. This new
“library lounge” will serve hot and cold drinks, and cold snacks, and will
provide service during library opening hours. We hope this new café will
help provide our users with a more comfortable environment for studying

Please remember that, except for water, all food and drinks purchased in
the two library cafes cannot be brought into the other parts of the
