Bilkent University Library and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) have entered into an Open Access (APC) agreement for the years 2025 and 2026.

Within the scope of the agreement, corresponding authors of Bilkent University will not pay any Article Processing Charge (APC) for open-access articles to be published in gold open access and hybrid journals of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Extra charges such as overlength page fees, color page fees, etc., are not included in this agreement. For these fees, you can contact publicationfee@bilkent.edu.tr.
