After graduated Management Department of Gazi University in 2006, Elif Denizci graduated from Gazi University’s Master of Tourism program ib 2010. Her master thesis dealt with food tourism and the name is “Food Tourism and Food Tourism Products”. Before joining Bilkent University she trained at Gazi University as a Ph.D student, mainly focusing on food tourism and international cuisines.
She worked in Ankara Sheraton Hotel / Convention Center’s cuisine for 4 years. She has co-hosted “Goz Nuru”, “Gun Be Gun” and “İyi Sabahlar” tv shows and currently hosting “ Gumus Kasık” show at TRT HD. She was the winner of the 13th National Young Commis Rôtisseurs Competition of Chaîne des Rôtisseurs in 2009.
Ms. Denizci is currently holding International Cuisines course at the Department of Tourism. She is leading her students to serve dishes from all around the world every day at Le Piment Rouge restaurant.
