Dear Students,
As of May 22, 2026, the renewal rights for borrowed library materials will be increased to 8 for undergraduate students and 3 for master’s and doctoral students for the summer term. This adjustment will be effective until September 16, 2026.
You can follow the steps below to renew your materials. If you encounter any issues, you can contact us at circulationdesk@bilkent.edu.tr.

“Login My Account → Choose Checkouts → Select Materials → Renew Materials → Confirm the Renewals”
Please note that, starting from the date of renewal, renewals grant an extension equal to the loan period defined in your user profile; multiple renewals made on the same day do not further extend the due date.
