Before completing the form, please search the Bilkent University Library Online Catalog to check whether or not the material is already part of the Library's collection. Your request will be evaluated within the framework of Bilkent University Library's Collection Development Policy, and you will be contacted via email.

Selection of Donated Materials:
  1. The selection process is made by the Bilkent University Library Collection Development Group according to the Bilkent University Library Collection Development Policy.
  2. The materials that will not be included in the Library collection will be distributed to other libraries of the universities, schools and institutions that need it.
  3. The materials that are not useful for any library collection will be included in the recycling of Bilkent University
  4. Materials approved for addition to the collection must be delivered to the library by the donor. The postal delivery cost is the responsibility of the donor.
